Balazs grew up in Budapest, Hungary, where he began his hospitality career over 22 years ago. After working for 2 years at various local restaurants and hotels in Hungary, he decided to leave the country and continue his hospitality journey abroad. Balazs began working for Princess Cruises sailing around Tahiti and Hawaii and then moved on to work on a smaller ship on a River Cruise line which took him all over Europe for the next 2 years. This unique experience introduced him to numerous cultures and cuisines allowing him to hone his skills and expand his knowledge. In 2007 he moved to London where he worked and lived for over 7 years. Through hard work and commitment, he elevated his career and got promoted as a Restaurant Manager at one of the most prestigious restaurants in the United Kingdom. From there, Balazs decided to move to America in 2018 as a Seasonal Worker in Naples, FL for Pelican Bay Country Club, gained his residency and took a job most recently at The Bay House. Outside of work, you can find Balazs watching NFL games and cheering on his favorite team, The Miami Dolphins.
