Joseph Delaney, CPT is a certified personal trainer who has been involved in sports & fitness since his youth. He has over 20 years experience coaching, teaching and training individuals in health, fitness, and sports conditioning. Joseph has worked for 15 years as a consultant and teacher in the I.T./computer industry. As a personal fitness trainer, Joseph combines his teaching and leadership skills with his love for health & fitness and his desire to serve others!
